Philosophy
I believe therapy should be collaborative and tailored to each person’s pace and individual strengths. My goal is to help clients build insight, develop effective coping strategies, and move toward a life that feels more manageable and fulfilling.

Approach
My approach to therapy is integrative and client-centered, which means that I draw from numerous evidence-based therapies like DBT, CBT, and Person-Centered Therapy. I strive to create a supportive environment where meaningful change can happen, whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for space to grow.
