Philosophy
With a deep commitment to personal growth and emotional well-being, I provide a compassionate yet challenging space for clients to explore their struggles and uncover their strengths. My approach is direct and honest—rooted in the belief that meaningful change requires both introspection and action. I don’t just offer support; I encourage accountability and transformation.
Specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), and person-centered approaches, I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of individuals. I challenge clients to critically examine their thoughts, behaviors, and perspectives. I ask tough questions—not to intimidate, but to empower. My goal is to help individuals break through barriers, gain clarity, and build resilience. Whether navigating life transitions, processing emotional wounds, or striving for personal fulfillment, I foster thoughtful dialogue that sparks deep insight and lasting change.
I believe in the power of resilience and the importance of strong, healthy coping mechanisms. Through meaningful connection and intentional work, I help clients step confidently into their full potential and embrace the journey of self-discovery.
If you're ready to explore, challenge, and grow, I’m here to guide the way.

Experience
I completed my Masters in Counseling with a specialization in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler University. After completing my M.A, I worked with WestCare Illinois, a non-profit, working with adult clients involved with the criminal justice system. Afterwards, I worked at Heartland Human Care Services, another non-profit, working as a clinician for unaccompanied minors.
