She specializes in working with individuals navigating trauma, social anxiety, low self-esteem, and depression, drawing on evidence-based approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Relational Therapy. These modalities equip clients with practical tools for managing emotions, shifting unhelpful patterns, deepening self-understanding, and developing healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with experience providing trauma-informed care to children, adolescents, and adults. I have experience conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based psychotherapy. I collaborate closely with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams, ensuring ethical and timely documentation while supporting clients’ emotional growth, resilience, and overall well-being.
