Payment Information
Our comprehensive psychological assessments are often covered by insurance. Assessments includes a clinical interview, standardized testing, scoring and interpretation, a written report, and a feedback session.
When appropriate, and with your consent, our psychologists may also consult with teachers, other providers, or review past records to ensure a thorough evaluation.
᯽ Insurance will often cover 80-100% of assessment costs. We will conduct a benefits check and cost estimate before scheduling
᯽ The out-of-pocket total cost of the assessment ranges from $3,500 to $5,250, depending on the complexity of the case.
᯽ We’ll be able to provide a more accurate estimate after the initial interview.
᯽ If your insurance is out-of-network, we’re happy to provide a superbill that you can submit for potential reimbursement.
